Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities
Our Board of Directors and coordination team are hard at work putting together new and exciting programming to complement our flagship MRSi symposium held each year in Chicago, Illinois.
MRSi: The Midwest Reproductive Symposium international, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is an educational event that began in 2003 to promote the timely discussion of issues relevant to reproductive medicine. The primary objective is the provision of high quality, appropriate, continuing medical education for physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, scientists, and business experts engaged in the practice of and research in reproductive medicine. Our flagship event in our 3-day MRSi conference consisting of a mix of lectures, panel discussions and interactive workshops. It offers attendees a unique opportunity to network with colleagues and exhibitors in casual and formal educational settings and to share knowledge and experiences in several rapidly advancing fields within reproductive medicine. In 2020, we added virtual meetings and seminars into our offerings and will continue to do a mixture of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events in the future to increase our reach and provide flexibility to our attendees. As we continue to grow and expand as an organization, we will be adding additional virtual and in-person programs to meet the educational needs of our audience.
TARGET AUDIENCE: The MRSi conference is an international meeting attended by physicians, nurses, mental health professionals, scientists, REI Fellows, OB/GYN Residents, as well as business experts from around the world who are highly engaged in the practice of and research in reproductive medicine. In 2003, the meeting was attended by 170 health care professionals. Since then, the MRSi program has seen an increase in attendance and hosted over 600 participants from across the country and around the world in 2019. As we all know, 2020 was a year like no other and we reached out loyal audience via virtual events and engaged new participants with the convenience of attending remotely. Our other programs are targeted at those in the fertility field in general or segmented to focus on specific sub-groups within our field.
We look forward to sharing details of these new programs with you soon and provide your organization additional outlets to reach your target audience. Stay tuned for more soon!
