She currently is the VP of Operations at The Fertility Partners. Prior to this, she served as the GVP of Growth Operations at Kindbody, where she spearheaded initiatives that led to remarkable business expansion and performance. Kate is recognized for her ability to build, lead, and optimize fertility practices with a keen focus on employee engagement, patient satisfaction, business growth, and financial excellence. Her visionary approach enables her to align diverse teams across all levels of an organization, ensuring a unified pursuit of objectives. With a unique capacity to navigate between strategic planning and intricate operational details, Kate excels in identifying and implementing improvements that drive efficiency and elevate customer experience, often leveraging the power of technology within a rapidly growing North American specialty healthcare company.
