Amy Schutt, MD

Dr. Amy Schutt is double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is an Assistant Professor and the Fellowship Program Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.   Dr. Schutt is an expert reproductive endocrinologist, evaluating and treating hormonal disorders. She is also a skilled surgeon, with extensive training in groundbreaking techniques. Additionally, Dr. Schutt is a dedicated researcher, having studied the influence of maternal health factors such as diet and obesity on a woman’s fertility and the long-term health of her baby.   Dr. Schutt earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine, where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), followed by an OB/GYN residency at the University of Virginia, and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Baylor College of Medicine. She earned a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation during fellowship. Dr. Schutt is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
