Holly Sheffield
President of CooperSurgical, Inc., CooperCompanies women’s healthcare business, since July 2020. Previously she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from June 2018 to July 2020. Holly also serves as Chair of Cooper’s Global Inclusion Council. Prior to joining Cooper in 2018, Holly spent more than 20 years in investment banking. She served as Managing Director, Global Head of Medical Technology at UBS Securities LLC and also held leadership roles at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ms. Sheffield has recently been appointed to the Imperative Care Inc. Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Cornell Dyson School Advisory Council and President’s Council of Cornell Women. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. She is originally from Western New York and currently resides in Fairfield, CT.
