Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
Admission & Exhibit Timeline: Exhibitors must wear provided badges at all times while in the conference area and at all events. The exhibit installation will take place Wednesday, June 3rd from 4:00pm-7:00pm. The Exhibition Events Manager and other MRSi staff will be present to help assist you. All crating and trash must be removed/stored out of site under the exhibit table by 7:00pm. After installation, exhibitors will be allowed to enter the exhibition hall 30 minutes prior to the start of exhibition time each day. Exhibitors are required to be present at their booth in the hall during all scheduled exhibit hours. The exhibit hall will be cleared no later than 30 minutes after the end of the scheduled exhibit time. Please remove any valuables from your booth at the end of each day. If you need a place to store valuables, please let us know and we can store it for you in our locked staff room. The exhibitor agrees not to dismantle or pack any displays, equipment or materials before 10:45am on Saturday following the morning break. Everything installed at set up, must stay in place until 10:45am on Saturday. Dismantling will begin at 10:45am and must be complete by 12:00pm, when the exhibit hall is cleared.
Exhibitor Hall Hours:
Thursday, June 4th: 7:00am-11:30am, 1:30pm-4:00pm
Friday, June 5th: 7:00am-11:30am, 1:30pm-4:00pm
Saturday, June 6th: 7:00am-10:45am
Booth Display, Signage, & Media: Companies shall be courteous of fellow exhibitors and stay within their allotted space. The booth display, signage, and any other structures may not obstruct the view or encroach on fellow exhibitors space and display. Any audio used/or loud noise at the booth must be kept at a reasonable level as to not disrupt or distract from the natural flow of the exhibit hall and attendees. The Exhibition Event Manager may at anytime require you to reduce the volume level.
Advertising/Messaging: The Exhibition Event Manager reserves the right, at anytime, to require exhibitors to remove any objectionable content, displays, promotional items or other items. Distribution of allowed materials is only to take place from the exhibitor’s designated booth unless other confirmed company sponsorship opportunities allow for distribution at other times/places. Solicitation of business will be permitted by Exhibitors only. Should other non-exhibitors in the exhibit hall solicit business, please contact the Exhibitions Events Manger or other MRSi staff immediately.
Meals: Exhibitors will be provided with breakfast, lunch and snack breaks that take place during exhibition hours. All attendee breakfasts and all snack breaks will take place in the room off the exhibitor hall or in the exhibitor hall itself.
Cancellation Policy: Exhibitors are provided a full refund of the exhibitor package purchased, less a $250 processing fee, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, refunds and/or credits will be considered on a case- by-case basis.
Failure to Comply: Those exhibitors who do not comply with the above exhibition rules may be asked to leave (without refund) or disallowed from participating in any form at future MRSi sponsored events.
