Susan Foley Rocco is the Founder and Host of Women to Watch Media® LLC – the premier global media platform and radio show for women leaders to share their life story.
With a long-standing professional background in marketing, communications, sales and advertising, and a life-long dream to have her own talk show, Susan began to see the need for a stand-alone media platform to inspire and encourage more women to pursue leadership roles worldwide. Initially created as a weekly radio show, Women to Watch® developed into a digital, print, social media, events and video production platform revealing “The real story behind Her title” of some of the most accomplished women from around the globe.
Susan routinely features women who are C-suite executives at companies such as Comcast, Thomson Reuters, The Federal Reserve and IBM to notable journalists and anchors including ABC News Foreign Correspondent Martha Raddatz, Gretchen Carlson, Soledad O’Brien and Joan Lunden and activists like Sister Mary Scullion of Project Home, Ingrid Vandervelt, Founder of EBW2020, Attorney Gloria Allred and Dawn Engle, Founder of Peace Jam. Her goal is to bring attention to not only the successes, but to the challenges, doubts and even failures faced across the board by women trying to make it in their chosen career. Through each intimate interview and personal life story shared, Susan’s primary mission remains to connect, educate and encourage women in order to strengthen their self-esteem and help them find their calling in life.
One of the greatest milestones for W2W was the development of Susan’s “Watch Team®” of on-air contributors who are all women leaders from their companies bringing news, education and inspiration to the listeners each week. The current team comprises sponsors from local, national and global organizations who support the mission of Women to Watch Media®
A life-long resident of the Philadelphia area, Susan received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Villanova University. She was recognized in “Women on the Move” by The Philadelphia Business Journal and named one of the “Most Inspirational Women” by EBW 2020 in September 2016. She has also been featured in Huff Post Business, Philadelphia Life Magazine, and Real Women Magazine.
Susan is a Global Growth Board member for The Global Thinkers Forum, and an active participant in their Athena Mentorship Program for young women.
